Your agent will advise you on how to set your home up for photos and showings. We will even bring in our own stagers to professionally stage your home in a way that’s proven to appeal to prospective buyers.

Step 4: Professional HD Photos

Step 5: High End Video Tour

Step 13: We Are Under Contract!

Once you have received an offer, reviewed it with your agent and have decided to accept, that means we are officially under contract! This is an exciting time, and with Team Vivi at your side you’ll be informed and in the loop at every turn.

Step 14: Buyer Does Home Inspection

After we go under contract, the next step is for the buyer to schedule a home inspection. The first home inspection the buyer does on their own.

A professional home inspector performs the second inspection. Inspections are designed to uncover defects in the property that may affect its safety, livability or resale value. A home inspection doesn’t necessarily include cosmetic issues, and a home inspection is not a guarantee.

Step 15: Negotiate Inspection Terms

Once the inspection is completed, the buyer can decide if there are defects that they would like to request you to repair or replace. Your Team Vivi agent will review and negotiate the terms with the buyer once their requests are received.

Step 16: Appraisal

In Colorado, the buyer’s lender is responsible for ordering the appraisal. Generally the appraisal process is pretty quick and painless. Your Team Vivi agent will be there to guide you through the process and answer any questions you have along the way.

Step 17: Closing & Celebration!

We will schedule a closing date that works for you and the buyer. This is cause for celebration. Team Vivi will also give you a special gift at your closing. You did it! Congratulations, your home is officially SOLD!
