Matthew originally entered the real estate industry in 2012, when he took on a sales executive roll with a Zillow Group company, Trulia. Trulia provided him with extensive sales and negotiation training, online marketing and real estate technology knowledge, and foundation of experience working with agents, lenders and brokerages to help them build their brands and their businesses.
Within 2 years, Matthew was promoted to team lead and became a founding member of Trulia’s Account Management team. He developed and facilitated training, coached new reps and oversaw the production of a team that grew to 50 sales representatives. Matthew earned the most prestigious award among Trulia employees, a Platinum Club induction, and won two Trulia Impact awards, and a Trulian-of-the-Year Award for being recognized as a model leader among the company’s management and staff.
